Does anyone know why those who placed order between Mar 2022 and Jan 2023 are excluded? I placed my order Dec. and got the car 12/26/22. Is there anyway around it?

It has to do with whether the base price complied with the guideline or not.

Tesla's price was low in the past and was qualified, then it increased above the guideline, and it was not qualified when you got your car in December.

It then decreased the price on 1/12/2023 to comply with the guideline.

Thank you for your reply. I paid $48000 for a base model 3. Is that still too high? Now it's $44000... Makes me want to sell my model 3 and buy another one... I didn't get the color I want because I rushed the purchase thinking price would go up in 2023....
