Bluish Fluid Leak + Corrosion

Bluish fluid leaking from under Model 3 (Delivered May 2019). I understand that this is battery coolant. The point of leakage is the center of car just rear of the front wheels. But that light brown stuff... what is that? It looks like corrosion that you might see when an AA size alkaline battery leaks real bad. Kinda flaky or powdery.

This feels like stating the obvious but if your car is leaking any fluid other than water dripping from the AC compressor, you need to immediately get a service appointment and have it checked out...

The light brown stuff could be sand or road debris that's sticking to the sticky residue left from the coolant leak.
