2022 Model X Plaid Gearbox leak

Driving abt 200 miles, 3 or 4 days a week now. Almost 20k miles to far.
July 2022 delivery date.
I do drive it... in Plaid 😅.
Not sure why the gearbox leaked. Never gone over anything rough, no damage ever.

parked it last night and went in thinking it kinda smelled odd like solvents when I parked it. Noticed a little fluids under front left wheel, thought it was the AC condensate and went in.

Woke up and it's a big oil puddle that sinks of hydraulics. Clearly a fluid leak. Put on a glove and can confirm it was a hydraulic fluid.

Drove it to a service center today and they just informed me the gearbox is 'leaking'.......
Not really pleased.
Done tomorrow so we will see what it is on the full repair entailed.

I leaked at least 1L of fluids.
No warning lights, or sensor alerts.
Drove it kinds hard once or twice on the highway to the service center.
Front axle/gears did not at all feel properly balanced and sound like it was definitely foaming inside.

Anyone else get this yet in a plaid?

Hoping this leads to nothing else, but being an engineer myself, I'm terrified to have this car on 1st year release of its version, already having a severe issue into its first 20k miles with 0 causes of damage... 😅🫣

Prob >$2.5k repair if it was out of warranty, if it's only a gasket replacement.

FYI.
Tesla told me to drive it to the service center, with the leak as is.

It did leak as I drove to them.

They stated the gasket on the oil pump got pinched.
Repaired it, hasn't had an issue since.
Hope it fails before my warranty ends, so I can get a free new FDU. 😅
