I've noticed this twice with my car. There are two variables, and I haven't nailed down which one COULD be causing this. And at this point, it's been a while, and I can't even remember what the second variable was!
But BOTH times I stopped at a supercharger, I noticed (A few days later) that I was at 30 amps instead of the usual 40. Just wanted to throw it out there; sounds like this NOT the issue for you guys, but couldn't hurt.
