2015 S charging port

Is anyone having this issue opening the charging port with the button on the charger or push to open?
Since last week mine doesn’t open unless I use the display panel inside the car.
And every time I open the car the display always shows this screen.

Yesterday Tesla mobil service replaced my charging port door for total $251.01
After everything is completed the charging port door works like it should. But after that my car says “unable to charge because the charging port is not detected”. The Tesla technician couldn’t figure out what wrong so he sent my car to Tesla service center for further investigation LOL

Is this the problem where the magnet falls off the door? Or the sensor that senses it?

It sounds like a bad connection. I'd disconnect and reconnect the port harness then do a reboot to see if that helps it find it without another visit, but that's me.
