2.6k (incl tax) to change all 4 tires?

We went to tesla to get a quote on changing all 4 tires and we were quoted basically $500 per tire, is it worth changing it at tesla or should we go to a third party?

Not to mention, they stated one of our wheels is bent (we have the 21" turbine rims), which would cost an extra $1500 to replace. I was thinking of going to a wheel shop and getting the bent wheel fixed instead of purchasing a whole new wheel.

Would love some advice!

Tesla isn’t a tire shop, so 3rd party tire places can give a better price.

I got to KalTire for my seasonal tire changes - just go to Tesla for the TPMSs

So no necessity to go to Tesla approved tire change place? What about TPMS?

There is no such thing as "Telsa approved tire shop". For TPMS, if you need newer bluetooth ones, you can either buy them from Tesla's online store or service centre yourself or pay a bit up charge to let your tire shop handle it for you for the convenience.
