I've probably dreamed this but I thought I read several months ago the suspension in the rear needed an adjustment. My service center knew I was going to do the swap myself and didn't mention it so most likely it doesn't require any change. Just checking.

Sorka I just made the same tire swap and had the same observation. I have staggered wheels. Seems like I recall reading somewhere the staggered 21's require a suspension adjustment. Anyone know if my mind is playing games on me?

After having our model s for a year we really wanted to love the X. It would be replacing our Yukon xl. The real killer for us was towing capacity for our boat. We ended up going with a Land Cruiser.

I had not noticed this prior to the upgrade but now when I turn on max battery power it adds four miles to my rated range. As soon as turn it off they go away. I wonder what that's all about.

I was talking about traction control kicking in after my car does start to spin the tires. Like I said my tires have a lot of miles so new ones may not slip but I can assure you my tires initially break traction.

I think the hesitation you are experiencing is related to the traction control I previously alluded to taking over immediately after launch mode. This may have been mentioned before as I have missed a few post. While Tacc limits the speed when using auto steer on certain roads you can drive faster with the pedal and auto steer remains engaged on the restricted roads.

Oh and it won't appear if the car is plugged in.

You need to be in proximity of the car (I believe with the fob) and it will appear at the top of the app home page in the spot that usually gives you the status of the car. ie. parked, driving, charging

I had launch control since mid December and got 7.1 today

The first two times I tried it the car opened the door before backing out. However since then it is opening the right side door instead of the left in which it is parked

It actual does preload a somewhat substantial amount. Enough that it squats in the rear

Those are with max battery ready. You can see it shows 79 hp torqued up using launch mode when the brake is released. 89 percent SOC It feels quicker. Power tools still reads 3.5 0-60

I did do one run with power tools and 77 percent charge. If someone wants to see the log pm me. Looks like it builds 56 hp before brake is released.

Yeah I saw that and laughed myself. That is just the first stage enabled. You still have to press the accelerator a second time and then release brake.

I would not be surprised to see .2 improvement. There is a significant torque build up. My wife and kids as well as myself can feel a noticeable difference. No way to actually measure other than power tools. Haven't tried that yet

The max battery power must only be started to enable launch mode. It does not have to be ready

Basically acts like a traditional line lock.

You can just hold the turn stalk up or down without actually clicking it and it will work. This prevents having to manually turn it off after the lane change. A single tap does not appear to work however

Well it definitely isn't ready for non beta city driving. They were clear on this. However highway driving works very well in my opinion. I experienced very little nag warnings at all. Drove 15 miles twice without ever having to touch the wheel.

I wonder if the P85DL is still somewhat software limited with the upgrade so that the P90DL can be top dog or for reliability reasons. There were rumors of 2.8 0-60 before the 90 came out.
