Not much. Most EV´s seems to be production constrained, so delivery times and wait lists are long. There is usually 5-7% to be had on BMW or VW MSRP, but you usually have to have some sort of affiliation or membership somewhere to get it.

Owning a Model S and a Model X, I have had to deal with Tesla in Norway for coming up on five years. They have had their issues, but the state of things have never been as bad as they are now. They are running around like headless chickens, and not one customer Model 3 has been delivered yet...

The #2 and #5 should be P85D, no? #1 I don´t think is that bad. AP1 actually worked from day one and it can read speed limit signs. AP2-2.5, not so much.

How cheap do you need them to be? VMR Wheels in Anaheim are having a winter sale, so if you´re not that picky, you should be able to find a set of new wheels for $6-700. The V721 model is discontinued and if they have any left it will be cheap.

TO is the OE Key for tires specifically designed for Tesla at Continental. I´d imagine the TO code has the same meaning at Pirelli. Fun fact: Early Model S was delivered wit 21" with MGT OE key, which is the code for Maserati.

When ordering in Norway there is a drop down menu on the deposit payment page for the desired delivery time. My choices were November 2018, December 2018 og January 2019.

Got a response from Tesla today with a new code that worked. Took just over 6 weeks to get a response from the refferal program e-mail adress.

Here are my times from Norway. Booked time for regular 80.000km service. Wait time 58 days. Delivered car for service. Service took 19 days. Picked car up. They found problem on air shock. New appointment. Wait time 112 days.

The code I got in my app for a Model S for Kids turned out to be already used.. Radio Flyer can´t (or won´t) help, and no answer from Tesla. That´s my experience with the program.
