Yes I'd like to see every parking lot like this. In locations with snow fall, I have no idea how to arrange the PV roofs, but angling them towards each other strikes me as not optimal.

For more snowy locations you might want single slopes with fenced-off areas. I think a V could be OK as long as:
- each run has some kind of basic heating system
- each run has a slightly bigger slope along the length to allow rapid draining of meltwater.
Snow would gradually slide naturally into the center of the V, and towards the low end, and as the outer parts of the panel were revealed they'd begin to warm and help the melting process. But, one of the big challenges with covering a snowy lot, possibly even more than allowing plowing, is that you slow down the surface melt and increase ice.
