How will s and x models that have no cabin camera handle 12.4 getting rid of steering wheel nag?

With 12.4 on the way and Elon stating it will get rid of steering wheel nag where do you think this will leave S and X owners with FSD that have no in cabin cameras?

Do you think the nag will still apply to s and x owners that don't have the in cabin cameras?

Maybe reduce the nag but not get rid of it for these subset of users?

I am asking about the models before 2021 that do not have the camera. I know the newer models have the camera.

Given the NHTSA’s concern about making sure drivers are engaged when using AP, I don’t see any possibility of reducing the hands-on-wheel nag if there’s no other way to monitor driver engagement.

Like to see where he stated that exact statement other than interpreted via this forum. Sure in the long game future that is the goal but I don’t think he said that exact statement.
