What We Don't Know Aout the Tesla Roadster

One of the things I was unaware of before reading this was that Tesla needs to adjust your windows each time that you go between the hard top and the soft.

I see that now (pages 7-10 and 7-14). Interesting and disappointing. I hope we can learn how to do it ourselves. It says not adjusting the windows could result in leaks. However apparently leaks are considered normal...

From page 7-9 (emphasis mine):
The Tesla Roadster is designed to
accommodate changing loads and strains
that constantly occur while driving. It also
accommodates the tolerances needed to
allow repeated removal and installation of the
roof. As a result, wind noise and minor water
leaks can occur and are considered normal.
