What do these dashes yellow lines on my charging gauge mean?

I been noticing these lines ever since I got my car back from Tesla service but there are no warning or alerts other than these. I also noticed that when the car is self braking to regenerate it never goes to these broken dashed lines so I never really hit -50. Also there is a yellow triangle that shows up some times.

Any ideas?

If it was not 70* F I would say regen limited because it was too cold but ...

Is your battery over 90% charged? Something is keeping the regen limited.

In colder weather, regen is limited until things warm up. This chart shows the amount of regen available. A yellow triangle will appear whenever the amount of regen (or power if it is limited on the other side of this same graph) changes. Yellow triangle disappears until the next change (increase or decrease) in the amount changes to let you know a change has occurred.
