Thanks, I just hope the main pack doesn't go into safety. if it does and requires a service center to unlock it, that's a effing 2 1/2 hrs away, to Cincinnati as I had thought Cleveland service center was open and Apearantly is not.
Oh god I hope it's not in safety. tow truck rides 1, and I have me, granny Andy 2 midgets. I don't know what to do, freaking stressing out with my MS sitting on the side of the freeway all night dead in 10 degrees. this is like worst case scenario.

Is your car responding to REST (test with one of the phone apps)? If yes, it would be interesting to see what SOC is being reported.

It won't respond with a dead 12V.

That's my understanding as well, but there are different levels of "dead". For example, "doors respond" continues well beyond "touch display continues to light up". He might be at a sweet spot where REST still works.
