I had inquired. Was interested when it was at 9000kms. But then I realized it was not a D. My wife says we should see if our new, not-yet delivered X keeps us happy before I commit to a second tesla without even having our first one yet.

Don't forget that when you by from a private owner, kijiji, Auto Trader, a private dealer etc, you don't get the full 4 year 80K warranty Tesla offers. Plus, you get what you see. Tesla cleans the car in and out, replaces anything worn, fixes scratches etc. Essentially you get a brand new car with some mileage, but so what?
I would not suggest buying a used Tesla anywhere except from Tesla! The other places might offer a 30 day warranty at most or just give you the balance of the existing Tesla warranty. Big deal!
