A single charger EU Model S will only take 16A on single phase, you in theory you could swap the plug on your existing EVSE to get what you need. Not sure if Chargemaster do it like that though.

HOWEVER that 16A will take over 24 hours to refill a 85 kWh pack. You may want to investigate getting the twin charger and 32A EVSE (if Tesla allows this on single phase) to half that time or upgrade to a three phase supply in the garage which should bring it down to 8 hours on the single charger car. I read three phase supply upgrades are about £2000 these days, though.
