TSLA objective investment analysis

I've been meaning to start this thread for a while and now I figured with the new year upon us it would be good to start a thread where a more objective analysis of TSLA is discussed and less cheerleading occurs. What I'd like to see is even-handed analysis of both positive and negative news and opinions, any intellectually dishonest and logically flawed argument is properly criticized, and if you dislike a post you should explain why.

Who knows if this thread will be allowed to stand but we'll see.

Because that's not what this is. I want to hear all theses that have sound supporting arguments as well as criticisms of all unsound arguments. You seem to confuse wanting to hear all sides of an argument to mean wanting only to hear the bear side. This thread might not be for you.

Should be an interesting thread, especially with Tesla’s ery first Investor Day scheduled for March 1.
