I wish I had the collateral for selling puts -- it's my ideal strategy. I'm stuck writing covered calls against some stock and LEAPs.

Re volatility last couple of days. Anything between $385 and $260 is fair game in my book. Only breaching one of the two boundaries will make me reconsider if that were change in character of trading.
Yeah, I know $260 looks almost impossible from here, but it's TSLA...

Yes, officially in bear territory. Worst week since 2008 and worst December since the Great Depression!

We’re in a bear market because Powell has a way with words. I don’t doubt that we will see $380 again, Elon has been quiet. He has something up his sleeve. But I’m mentally bearish until then

The way it's going, won't be surprised if we hit 380 tomorrow or for that matter 260. Macros are absolutely bonkers and TSLA is on steroids.

Bear markets are notorious for being a better "stock pickers" environment than bull markets. If the market does keep going down... I predict that Tesla will go down less than the average, while oil stocks will continue their "worst sector of all" performance. Then when things go back up, we'll be starting from a more balanced base.
