Progress!!!!! I just checked and my RED is now alive too! "Remote Access is Off" but it's nice to see I am moving closer to that delivery point. :biggrin:

Congrats!! Great to see that after such a long wait, you're coming down the 'home' stretch. I received my vin as well. If Xhawk101's "one week from vin to out the door" example holds true, many of us will getting very close by this time next week.

Looks like you have a good shot at being the first on the forum to actually take delivery. "To him who has been given much, much shall be required". We expect a full report, with pictures before you drive off the Fremont Lot! Congrats!

JohnQ, DLM270, Frankc - right on! My aforementioned comments about pixels notwithstanding, we all want to see pics! Will do the same. Soonest, sooner, soon.
Correction it was actually 12 days from the day I received my VIN number. But this included a week of factory intermission.

Omg!! Just heard from tesla that my car was loaded and departed on a truck from Fremont at 11 pm pst last night on 10 April ! Still est 18 th to arrive Tampa ( that long?). They " we're surprised too it went out at 11pm" lol. They had said it could be up to 2 days waiting on enough to fill a truck to Florida ....
Wow all that obsessing and sublimation has finally paid off! Hopefully it won't be a whole week for shipment. Washing I had a tracking # lol

Still no updates on the staus of my RED, from my Product Specialist. Hoping to hear something today or tomorrow.

Woo-hoo! DLM, guessing that you will be the first to actually see it in person and drive it home so we're looking forward to your color commentary. (Ugh, apologies for the bad pun)
Xhawk - wonder if mine and possibly Alpha's will be on your truck also. Not sure what the volume is to FL, but cross country through ATL en route might be a possibility also... Of course ours would need to finish production within the next day or two, and since I just got my VIN yesterday I'm not really sure how far along it is. Still hoping for the early part of my 4/17-5/1 window...

GREAT NEWS! Just heard from my Product Specialist and my RED is in Final Test. Target delivery is now Saturday Morning (may move up to Friday when we have scheduled our Factory Tour). :biggrin:

Just more info for all us reds waiting, called DS this morning and asked about my MS. He told me it looks like the car will be ready for delivery between May 3rd and May 17th. I have not received delivery button, but maybe in the next couple of weeks. Cannot stop the obsession of wanting to see someone take delivery and post pics of the arrest me red!!!!
