Testing 2016 P90D Battery Prior to Purchase

Will Tesla run diagnostics on 2016 P90 batteries?
I’m in Pennsylvania, thinking about purchasing Model X located in Main.

Or, are there other reputable outfits to inspect Tesla’s for online purchase, including battery health?

If not, seems like a great idea for a startup company, no?

If the car has MCU2 and latest update you can have the owner run a battery health test from within service mode.
