Tesla won’t move-2018 Model S 100DL

Hey guys!
I have been a big proponent of tesla and it’s technology and own a Model S and an MXP….however my experience today does make me second guess

My car has 55k miles on it barely been supercharged for 5k miles if that and broke down today when I was still 130 miles away from home.

It was pretty bad since I couldn’t even find a toe nor could tesla themselves. It was a hot sunny Sunday and I was far from home….left the car there and came home for now.

Here are the error messages …..
any help will be greatly appreciated

Did you call Tesla Roadside Assistance or just try to schedule service? Where was the car that it couldn’t be towed?

Yeah
Called the tesla help line … they tried to remote into the car I guess and said that only service could fix it
They think it’s the 12 volt battery given the age but they are not certain …

The car is in Mt Crawford VA, and I guess the nearest service is 120 miles away in Richmond VA

The quote tesla gave me for the tow was $1600 but I guess I found someone for 1k

I might go there tonight and rescue the car to bring it to Tesla in Tyson’s Corner

Cheaper to have the battery ready for the tow truck driver to put in for you.

I think so, but call 'em just to make sure.

You can also jump the dead 12V battery using one of the small portable power Li batteries like this.

I never could believe it was a 12 volt
Battery issue


Turns out HV Battery had FAILED
