Tesla Model S Seats Not Working

I have a Model S from 2018 and both the front seats do not move. No function whatsoever and no noise. Almost as if no power gets to them. Seat heaters are also not working. Also, the steering wheel adjustment works in and out but after going up and down all functionality is lost until turning the car off and on. Can anyone help with what the issue may be or tell me how to remove the seats without power or manually adjust them. Thanks
