I'm skeptical about Fiat. Their CEO has been a EV skeptic. They are only building the Fiat 500e because they are forced to and they have expressed their displeasure about that.

What about Apple?
Apple could build their own cars and then maybe the superchargers could be made into another company owned jointly by apple and tesla.
Apple's cash and supply chain management with Tesla's current infrastructure and experience could make the international rollout of superchargers very robust.
Each car sold by either company would provide a fee to the joint venture to expand and maintain the superchargers

That was my reaction to the Fiat suggestion as well. Fiat seems very unlikely!

Yes, that would be my guess too. Renault/Nissan could use Superchargers in lieu of the limited availability Chademo chargers, especially if they plan to increase the range on their Leaf / next vehicle
