Tesla Credits Refund?

My mom received 10k credits when she ugpraded to a Model Y, but she wasn't aware of Acceleration Boost and had already bought 1 yr of internet. She's still within the 30 days of the trial, but she's having difficulty getting the 2.5k refunded to get acceleration boost. Has anyone else had any luck getting the credits refunded?

Bummer, look at it this way, she will save a lot of money having her tires last longer. It is only noticeable if you stomp the accelerator.

Can one purchase AB with credits anymore? When I go look, I don't see an option. It used to say how many credits it was worth back in the day, now it's just saying $2K

You may have to look specifically under the redeem option of referral credits.

From the main screen where you see your car, tap on the menu at the top right, then “refer and earn” and finally redeem at the bottom.

Thanks, Goobers. I was able to find it with your advice. I went under redeem and swiped left to upgrades. Already purchased but didn't get time to DL yet.
