Anyway of knowing if they are V2 3 or even 4?
These are V3.

There may be some exception but Tesla hasn't installed V2's in a while, like a year or so.

Also this one is a PSU (Prefabricated Supercharger Unit) and dropped in place. PSU's only come in V3 flavor.




I don't think there are any V4's out yet, and if I'm not mistaken, the V4 stalls will have a different design.

I drive from Cleburne to Houston Intercontinental Airport quite frequently. I always have to take a big enough charge to get to the airport and back to Huntsville because chargers aren’t always available in the employee lot. I can never count on the superchargers at Airtex and I-45 because they’re always full. I have longed for superchargers in The Woodlands area for a long time. I hope that the planned eight stalls is enough. I would think that 16 would be quite busy.

There is a permit application for 8 more stalls at the Sam Moon Shopping Center just north of these 8...options are nice.
