With the lights on like that the supercharger is basically activated but the tech was testing them and didn't want members of the public to charge before he was done. I'm guessing he probably finished Friday night, but wanted to give himself some wiggle room in case he ran into trouble so didn't promise he'd be finished until Saturday.
