Yup!.. it’s finally on and it’s showing up on the map as well!!Tesla show up yet and turn on other chargers?
Well, not quite. Circuits 1, 2, and 5 appear to be working. I just tried all 4 on circuits 3 and 4, and they are not charging.
I'm currently charging on 2B and pulling 71 kW.
They were going to report it to the Supercharging team.
I sent in an email as well. Enough people complaining and they'll hopefully get it resolved.
That matches my experience from a few days ago.
Sorry, was unclear. There is no other option for technical support except 'charging', unless I missed it? It goes to 'see the website'.I've always gotten a person when I've called. Sometimes it takes a while on hold, but someone always answers. Live support hasn't disappeared.

My bad, then, excellent. Good to know we can still get live support. Thanks for verifying! It's "vehicle and charging support," so that includes anything vehicle related. Just called and checked. The other options are roadside assistance (option 1) and energy (option 3). All three options should connect you with a person. I say should because I'm not going to waste their time by calling and verifying.
Were you just interested in trying different stalls? Because you got basically the max rate on the first one. This style of supercharger is limited to 72 kW.Stopped here on August 9th and tried 5B and got 71 kW then moved to 1A and got 64 kW. Only one other Tesla at the SC around 10pm.
