This happens to me all the time when we stop to charge (in park, plugged in). The "menu" button on the bottom of the screen does nothing when clicked. Rebooting fixes it. '16 S with MC2 upgrade and FSD 'puter.

Yes, that is BS. I still think you should have kept the car, but does sound like whomever you were dealing with was not being honest or clear with you. You should run it up the flag pole. Contact the manager of the store where you took delivery, then get the regional manager's contact info, etc...

Impressive how fast they work! This will be a great stop on the way to Rehoboth from NoVA (except the Rehoboth SC should be up by our next trip -- very much looking forward to that, and any info on anyone has about it).

Hilarious. The one time we went there I was lucky to find a non-ICEd EV spot and had to strettttch the cable to reach my car. So frustrating! (We did win $300 after spending only $5, though!)

Agreed, it does seem silly when we already have 8 cameras around the car. The cameras are not usable directly. They are also not full-color, but gray/red instead. Would be great it Tesla would let us view/record them but it doesn't seem likely.
