Down the 111 a bit from the expired permit, but as I said before, anything will be good here. The other La Quinta site is a fair ways down the road (Washington) and will typically only make sense for people living down there.

I still didn't see any signs of construction here today. I forgot to post here after the above last time. The address doesn't show, yet, but I can guess it's going to be close to the street here.

With an expire date of 12/4/24, this doesn't need to start right away. As long as they start work before that expiry date, they can get an extension. Sometimes things happen right away after permits are issued, sometimes they languish for a few months.
