Supercharger - Kirkland, WA - Northrup Way (Pre-Application approved but canceled 5/7/24)

Here is the first permitting side fallout I have see from the loss of the SC team. I am sure there are many more workign through approvals that will never have fees paid and issued once they are approved. Pre-application 4/2/24 at 10426 Northrup Way in Kirkland (Big Fish Grill/La Quinta). "Project canceled for time being" 5/7/24. Not sure if we want to track this or not. @Big Earl ?

Good but also interesting that they put a relevant and accurate description of the tesla layoff impact here. Sometimes I wonder if people are averse to talking about that stuff with potential future partners or something.

This location is right off SR520, about a mile from I-405, so not ideal spot for long distance travelers, nor is 8 stalls going to be adequate given how packed the other Kirkland SC is in Totem Lake.

All moot now though.

With at least one executive of the charging team rehired, I imagine we might see a bit more movement than we had hoped for last week.

I say we keep an eye on it and see if there is movement in the coming weeks. If so, we can add it. If not, I say we don’t add it.
