Supercharger - Gray, GA

Drove past a new Supercharger site today that looks done, but wasn't on my map. It's at the Ranchers at 615 Landmark Pointe Blvd, Gray, GA 31032
Sadly wasn't able to stop and get photos or try to charge.

I couldn't find a permit in the Jones County permit search.

It's on the southern route to the Piedmont National Wildlife Refuge. Maybe they see travelers through that area.

Besides, it's in the largest gap on US-129. Respect the US Numbered Highways!

And thinking of Respect, Otis Redding's ranch is that way as well.

As promised, here the site report. 12 V3 pedestals, workers on site and mostly completed. The utility transformer is in but it's undersized and they are getting it replaced. No ETA on completion.

Divided highways here make it a real PITA to enter and exit.

Curious minds (or is it nosy ) just want to know. Did you drive down just to see or happened to drive by?

It does seem a weird choice, especially for a 12 stall Supercharger.

Or seems to be a "waste" of a precious site since it seems just putting in Forsyth off I75 would have been a better strategic location. Not to mention the SC desert of SE GA.
