A Dutch company called Spijkstaal is introducing a "new" city EV. It's a converted Grecav Sonique, which is an Italian made diesel propelled city car. Spijkstaal is known for its electric milk floats in the '60ies and '70ies and has continued to make industrial electrical vehicles ever since.
The EV is expected to be priced at €13000,= ($17000) in the Netherlands, while the diesel version is offered at €12000,= ($15800).
It is supposed to have a range of 140km (88 mi).
