Sentry Live Cam doesn't work, with premium connectivity, iOS 17

I have a new MY RWD HW3 with premium connectivity in Europe.

I can toggle climate controls and even toggle sentry on and off in the Tesla App, however when I do so, I don't see the blue link to "View Live Camera" found here and instead, I see it like below, without the option to jump to a live feed.

I tried reinstalling the app, toggling sentry on and off, live video is on in the car.

It just won't work.

However sentry does work and records events and I can play them back in the car.

Do you have the latest app update? I just checked mine and when I turned Sentry Mode on I got the View live camera option under it.

I am on the latest available to me. 4.29.0.
The only other thing I can think of is that I have the standard update mode in the car, and updated to the latest, and I haven’t selected the advanced updates.

Mistery solved, Tesla Technician told me it's region locked.
