• 9 digits: $xxx,xxx,xxx
• 3 digit-millions: $xxx,000,000

So more than a hundred million, less than a billion.

MMs are never unbalanced. They buy/sell underlying in order to delta-hedge and become neutral. Papafox explains the games MMs play to protect walls and he practically mentions it every post.
