Scheduled departure & ‘waking up’ via app/key

Set my first scheduled departure last night for 10:30am this morning! Looked at phone before bed, app said it was scheduled at the right time...happy days!

...woke up this morning and opened app to see how charging had got on and after it did it’s ‘waking up’ routine the scheduled departure notice/time has disappeared?!

Does this mean it won’t prep battery and cabin for 10:30 now? If that will still occur...bizarre that the note disappeared?! If it won’t, then I guess you can’t open your app until you’re ready to leave?!

Haha...indeed...got a notification of charging again around 10:05, but only until 10:15.

although other than the cabin temp, I’m not sure how to know for sure that the battery was preconditioned?!

You can tell by the kW usage while it's preconditioning

e.g.

13kW while it's all turned up to the max (7kW battery heating (3.5kW per motor), 6kW cabin/seats/defrosting windows)
