Ordered a Tesla roof rack, unboxed it and when I placed the cross bar on the roof I noticed it had a pretty significant ding on the paint, down to bare aluminum.
Who/how/where do I contact about this? In the app, "ask a question" doesn't open a new chat, I just get "thanks for submitting your feedback". The only other option seems to be requesting mobile service?
