I was wondering if anyone had to replace their brake pads yet? Obviously, this can only be done at Tesla. I don't think indy shops do this....yet. If so, how much have you been charged by Tesla for this?
You can buy the pads on amazon, carid, ebay, just search.
Or locally, they are also identical to older cadillac brembo 4 piston brakes, 2006ish.
Anyone can change these, they just need to be told how to properly jack up a tesla if they never have before.

Why are you saying “obviously only be done at Tesla”. Brake pads are not a new invention by Tesla. They can be replaced easily as long as they’re the right fit.
