Removing Rear Carpet

Last night had some beer explode in the back of my car. I was able to get the foot well carpet out, however cannot figure out how to remove the upper deck carpet in the rear. Anyone know how this is removed? Its like there is a lip under the seats do I just pull to remove it?

There are a few plastic rivets (fir tree style - just pull them out) 4 around the edge of the foot well and another 3-4 near the back of the second row seats. Once you get those out the carpet should be loose
