Refresh 6 seater second row driver side seat not working fully

Just discovered that my left monopost second row seat doesn't work, anyone else have this issue?

Seat can't go all the way back using the lower side controls. It will move forward 3 inches using that control, and then that control stops working all together. The upper back control works fine.

I have a service appointment scheduled, but I just want to see if I misssed something in how that seat is supposed to work. Is there something limiting it from going back? 3rd row is folded down.

Is there a way to reset the seat?

I had this issue on my 22 Plaid. Went in for service 6 times, everything from a wire harness change, body control module and other parts. Rear restraint error kept coming back. They finally replaced the entire seat a few weeks ago. No issues so far

Had something similar happen on my pre-refresh 6. Solution was a new seat for $3500

This was resolved with a seat calibration. But the restraint warning came back after a couple months. Power seat still works fine.
