Question: Even airflow from A/C?

we have had the M3 for almost a week. My wife complains to me that she think the A/C in the M3 is not working. I tried to sat at her side(passenger side) this morning. I found the A/C is indeed working. However, the passenger side airflow is significantly weaker than the driver side. Does any people experience the same? Or, is this normal?

Have you tried re-aiming the airflow on her side?

Yes... If I turn the fan to 6-7, I can say at the same position, the passenger side only get about half of the airflow comparing to the driver side... Guess I need to mention this when I bring in the car to SC.......
