Prepaid service plan expired on anniversary for final annual inspection scheduled within 30 days

I bought the 8-year prepaid service plan when I bought the vehicle. It covers 8 annual inspections. The terms I got state that the inspection needs to be performed within 30 days of the anniversary. My vehicle just recently reached 8 year anniversary and was due for the final inspection. However, when I tried to schedule a service with Tesla like before, I was told that the plan had expired right on the anniversary and because of this I need to pay for the inspection again. This doesn't make much sense to me. I have already paid for the service upfront. And the terms never state the inspection needs to be done before the anniversary, but within 30 days of it.

Anyone had similar experience before? Anything I can do at this point? Appreciate any input.
