Phone Keyboard Inop while using phone on BT in 2019 MS Long Range

Hello Folks. Whenever I place a call using my Samsung S22 Ultra through BT on my 2019 MS LR, the phone keyboard comes up as it should, but once the call is active, the phone keypad on the MS Viewscreen won't operate. If you need to hit a number to enter a prompt being requested from a call routing system on the phone, the key won't operate or play any tones like it is being activated. I always need to go back and use the keyboard on my phone to enter the prompt. This has been going on for some time. Currently on SW Version 2023.7.15.

Anyone else having the same problem? Does your display keypad operate during a call? I spoken to service reps twice and although they say it is not acting correctly they have no solution. I was hoping a software update my rectify problem but I've had many since it started and they have been no help.

Try deleting the phone from bluetooth in the car, and the car from the phone bluetooth. Start the bluetooth pairing process anew. Probably a configuration issue on one or the other.

Thanks Derby for the suggestion. I have had to do that for other reasons and unfortunately it did not solve this issue.
