Phantom drain & sleep - Solved in 2020.12.11.1

Phantom drain is driving me crazy! I’ve been experimenting the past week with different settings and unplugging everything and doing a hard reset. Only one night did I have no drain but unfortunately, I’m not able to reproduce it! I’m beginning to think it’s firmware related after reading this post.

I have a SC appointment but next month was the earliest I could get in.

My question is how is everyone able to reach someone same day? Like actually talk to someone? How do you reach the tech desk? I can’t call my local service center because I can never get through to anyone. Just routes me to a voicemail box that no one ever responds to. I’d love to be able to email or call someone for stuff like this that doesn’t require a physical appointment. Thanks
