perforated ultra white repair ideas?

So my 8 year old decided to take a golf tee to our seats today. Damage is not that bad, but I'm concerned the little tears will grow. Does anyone have any suggestions how to repair the now extra large perforated holes or at least keep them from growing? See attached photo.

I recommend that you stop the tear at the perforations from spreading ... perhaps a fabric patch on the backside of the fabric
