I ordered the refreshed door panels from the 2022 Model 3 that include the wrap around wooden trim. I've read and looked at the service manual, looks like it'll be a straight forward replacement putting them in a 2019 Model 3 Anyone done this before?

Some recent discussion on this elsewhere on the forum. You need some cables/connectors transplanted from the old to the new.
The center dash panel could use a swap too, a few angles at the edges have changed to pull off the wrap around look better.
People have gone in both directions. Replacement of old door skins, dash and center console for new AND replacement of new door skins and center dash for old. Same as with de-chrome and chrome door/glass trim.
