No streaming or satellite map

I have lost streaming stations, i.e. Tesla owners favorites. Receive message "connect to wifi ". Have also lost the satellite view capability. I've tried rebooting the display. Of course, emailed Tesla days ago, and no response

You may have lost premium connectivity. Log into your Tesla account using a computer (not the phone app) and check for the type of internet connectivity your car is receiving. Streaming and satellite view requires premium connectivity if I recall correctly. Some cars have lifetime premium connectivity while other cars list the premium connectivity the end of December.
 
You almost certainly need to subscribe to premium connectivity. Check under the “software” menu in-car and you will see when the trial expired. Model S purchased after July 1, 2018 received free for life. All other model S got 1 year free trial. Model S used purchased before Jan 8 2020 get free for life.
