9 days ago I had solar installed, everything was working fine until 2 days ago the app just shows this (photo).
It works fine if I check the gateway. Tesla said they will push software update (at some point).
Anything I can do?

Call Tesla support and have them make sure the correct gateway is associated with your app account.

They might have messed up their records in their backend along the way post-install. You have a writing system, it says it is on WiFi and talking to Tesla in those screenshots. But that data is not making it to you app account for some reason. Good news is it’s probably an easy fix on their end once they realize it.
