NO HEAT FROM FLOOR VENTS

Heater is generating heat but when floor vents are “on” nothing comes out. Dash vents work fine. But, when dash and floor vents are “on” no air comes out of either. Any ideas how to fix this?

Do you have the recirculation button turned on? If not try turning it on and see if the air comes out the bottom.

I thought it was my imagination, but I noticed the same thing. If I use manual heat and only select the floor, I get heat. If I select floor and dash, no heat on the floor. If I turn on recirculate, I get floor heat. Is that how it's supposed to work?

Sorry, just realized this is the Model S forum, and I own a MYLR. But I guess my question still stands.
