New Pirelli stock tires?

Just picked my Y up today in Austin and it has these. I didn't like the Continentals on my 2022 Y so figure these can't be any worse. That is annoying with the poor availability. I don't like these Gemini wheels either so maybe I should just get a different wheel and tire.

Would like to hear more about these Pirelli though. I wonder what the weight, and mile warranty is, and if discount tire would classify it as Better or Best.

August build of my Model YLR (Austin TX) has the same Pirelli tires - V rated (145 mph), 2000 lbs load, ride nice.
