I thought I had read somewhere that new owners get a complimentary 1500kms of Supercharging? Am I mistaken? Thanks.

If you used a referral code from another owner when you ordered, the current referral program here in the U.S. is 1K supercharging miles for both the owner and the new purchaser. Not sure what the program is in your country.

That is correct but sometimes it can take a few weeks to show up in your account.

Yes and nothing put into the accounts until the car is delivered (and they probably wait out the 7 day return policy as well).
