My Model 3 windshied wiper shaking

Shall I take it to service? or this is something normal? When in high speed, it looks smooth, but shaking at low speed.

Hard to see in that video but I know exactly what you mean, mine does the same thing. Sort of stutters at the edge of the windshield.

I feel like it happens when it isn't raining that hard and functions normally when it is really raining, so unless it stops working, not a big deal to me. Just my 2 cents.

Auto . If manual, works 3 and 4 speed, 1 and 2 same problem

I have something similar. Cleaning my blades with window cleaner and a cloth helped

From what I've read you just had your car wrapped. Did you do a ceramic coating? Did they put some coating on your windshield?
